Hart Transplant Complete.... Large Photo Shoot

I know I posted a thread when I got my new wheels - but those are old wheels now. I could not help myself when I saw HTOWN was selling his lighly used Racing Hart C2's. I bought the package and installed them. They looked awesome except the 225 series Pirelli tires looked like rubber bands on my sedan. I took the Pirelli's off and installed the ES 100 Yokohama's from my other new wheels because they were 235/50R18's. Not only did they cut the body gaps in half but the expensive discontinued Racing Harts now have 3/4 of an inch of extra rubber sidewall protecting them. Thats important on the crappy Ohio roads that I drive on. This will be the final photo shoot for awhile (I hope). I really cannot afford to do to much more after this winter and last week. I know alot of you did not feel my last set of new wheels - I hope that these Racing Harts get a better responce. These wheels are dead sexy in person and those lips just smile at you. I posted some old photos so the full transformation can be seen. I hope everybody has a fun and safe summer.

Last years TSX wheels.....

The gap is a tad bigger then one finger. The car is lower then it looks in the photos. Everytime I clean my wheels and shoot a photo it looks like a 4x4 or like I photo shopped the wheels into the photo. I cannot go lower, remember I live in Ohio not Hawaii or Cali.

Just contact Kuda mounts and you can get everything you see in the photo. The adapter is Blitzsafe and the holder and mount are Kuda.

I would love to lay the car in the weeds and drive on rubber bands, but you can't in Ohio. If you VIP guys in Hawaii drove your cars here they would be trashed in a week. Just the way it is. If you want nice forged rims in Ohio you have to protect them and if you want a low car thats fine, you just cannot slam it. I wish things were different.

That is the Sirius radio unit built into the sunglass holder. It rotates and locks into the roof when Im not using it and nobody knows its even there. I wanted Sirius radio but did not want that gaudy unit on my dash. There are no wires showing at all and it plays directly through the radio - crystal clear. The roof antenna was my idea and it worked outstanding. I cut the sunglass holder out and wet sanded it so its a ultra clean install. I did not want to install a aftermarket radio unit. I happen to like the factory set up.

The antenna being painted doesn't degrade the signal strength for the Sat. Radio?

I have the little magnetic antenna that Sirius gives you inside a gutted Accord XM roof antenna. Because its made of plastic it has no problem picking the signal up at all. Like I said its crystal clear. I have driven to Myrtle Beach with it and never lost reception once - except under bridges for a split second (but they all do that). It really is a hot set up, very sleek and clean.

Ok. How is the wire run? I'm asking because I really want sat radio but HATE the ugly lil black lumps you're stuck with. Looking for an alternative the camouflages it.

Any more pics/angles of the antenna?

There are alot of reasons why I would love to live in Hawaii - driving a slammed car would only be one of them. Perfect roads, perfect weather, perfect atmosphere and perfect girls is what I imagine Hawaii being. I will get there to visit one day. We can try to copy the cars here in Ohio we just cannot slam them and drive them daily. It sucks but it is what it is. Thanks for the nice words. I have got nothing but praise since I put the Racing Harts on.

how much was that accord xm housing? and how much did it cost you to paint it, and how easy was the install.

i got the dark faux non-wg woodgrain too, this might be the first time i seen it on this site tho... vedy nice

damn i need pics...

OSU yeah you got it pretty much correct... downsides of HI living are expensive shipping costs, expensive housing, expensive gas, you'd get bored of driving only to the same places (no cross country here), ummm... well and the weather never drops below 65*F.. and tha's freezing already. lol

I will try to post some interior photos. I will take them if it ever stops raining. I have the titanium wood in the front and rear. It really is a nice accent to the all black interior.

Do to a bunch of PM's and requests here are some more photos of the interior. I try to keep it as spotless as the exterior but its hard - black gets so dusty. Here are some shots along with the Sirius install as well. Enjoy!!!!!
