Freshly Tinted NGM

Finally an actual mod for me! Gotta love NGM for it's ability to compliment things that are dark like tints, gunmetal rims, ect. Not that other colors don't though. Just praising the rarer (sp?) amongst us. LOL! Anyways, here goes:

Nothing too dark, but they do look slightly darker in person. 20% all around including the sunroof. I plan on debadging the 3.2TL emblem and then painting the other ones back there black and getting smoked tails to complete the look.

As if tint, like paint, looks so much better fresh or new.

^Thanks! I didn't plan on tint being one of my first mods, but the sun has been getting to me lately. Next major thing is gonna be a nice drop. Not feelin' the five finger wheel gap up front anymore.

Nice. I took my tints off, I was running 20% all around. I love the look w/o the tints, but I can't wait to put the tints back on. I feel like a fish in a fishbowl. I might do 35% all around ,50% on the front windshield and 20% on the sunroof.

Thanks everyone. Basically it's just to keep heat and sunlight out for me, I'd go darker, but the cops around here can be pretty ridiculous about 5%. Wish I was better at taking pics of my ride though.

I actually don't the percentage, but it is very dark indeed. I like it that way. So far no bubbles or anything either and didn't have any white dots to worry about on the back window defroster, since they came black on mine.

Thanks. Now all I gotta do is get that drop I want. Saving up for coils instead of just springs on stock shocks. Just gonna keep doing looks stuff in the mean time.

The tint will look even better when you lower that thing.

^ I completely agree. Everything looks better once you lower the car. Even the view of the road looks better. LOL!

It was $235+tax. I had one place quote $300 and another was $280 and only tinted windows on Saturdays. Pretty steep prices...The place in West Chester, Pa where I got em' done seemed to do a great job though. There were several high-end luxury cars there waiting to be detailed (including an Audi S6), so that made me feel confident in their work.
