that looks like regular outer portion grille customized...

 

the white car looks like a modified OEM grill

 

IT is a custom OE grill! but it looks hella clean, kind of like a type R.
mugen is nice but to big.

 

yeah, I think you're right. I seem to remember reading he had it powder coated (obviously). Looks good but not my style.
