.....it looks very clean......you do need to do something though a drop, kit, i don't know something....how long ago did you paint your engine bay covers, i see you did alot of detail in there like the fuse/relay cover, cruise control cover, dip stick handle, and its very hard to tell but in the corner but even the washer fluid cover............

thanks guys

volly... im not entirely sure where that Inspire badge is supposed to go, heeltoes website said it was for the UA5 and I thought it fit the grill well and did you paint your engine bay yet?

and dreem1er.... yea i think just one major thing done, kit, lower, rims will set the car off... im thinking of putting off the springs since im getting a deal on type S rims and then purchasing the springs in the summertime... I painted the engine a couple weeks ago... and yes i did paint the washer fluid cover i think it was you who suggested to paint all those things

EDIT: and im trying to find a H emblem and i will paint the 3.2 VTEC silver

Dude,

If you're gonna blank out your plates ... make sure to blank them out in all the pics ...

BTW, if the Type-S came in firepepper red, I would have bought that colour in a heartbeat.

oh i thought i blanked out all of em where you can read the plate... but i notice one there that i can read now...

FPR is such a sexy colour... when i repaint its gonna be the same colour but with a deep clear effect just to differentiate a bit

Vz i thought i PMed you about that... THe wing is sitting in the basement, i did all the body work, its primed and waiting to get painted... my dad should be getting a compressor soon so... i think i might get some FPR and try painting it myself... or get my dad to paint it haha

So I take it you guys like the grill now..

I am soon, but as of right now I stole your idea of painting the fuse/relay covers, cruise control covers etc. I am currently on the groundcoat. final coat in 30 mins!

I'll post a pic of this later, maybe in 2 hrs.

As for the engine covers and battery covers, that will take me some time since I have to do some nice prep work before painting. I'm probably gonna paint these pieces sometime next week if i get a chance.

Are you going to the acura woodbine meet on may 26th?

NICE, those look really good! you got a nice finish from the looks of it.... i have to redo mine because the day i did it the temp just dropped while i was in the middle so i was freezing and i didnt take the time to do proper prep work

EDIT: buy a degreaser and clean that engine bay!! lol my bro bought the simple green degreaser and it worked pretty well, your bay will look 10x better

and I didnt even know about the woodbine meet... if i decide to go to summer school ill be there for sure... otherwise i might make it.. no promises though lol

Thanks man! I decided to do those today b/c I didnt have to sand the covers since they had a smooth finish to them. I put 2 layers of primer, 3 coats of duplicolor groundcoat and 3 coats of the annodized red colorcoat.

For sure, I will have to clean out that dirrrty engine bay (I havent degreased it since I bought the car, LOL!)

I think they were at about 32 to 34 psi. I forgot to mention to remove the pressure indicators caps that are on the valves. I had one go and it leaked all the air out of my tire. I recommend just putting regular valve caps.
