I was inspired to take on my own project last weekend.
Involved removing grill, blending outer chrome piece and black plastic piece togeather, cutting out the plastic grill part, more sanding and bondo, painted body color and added black mesh grill.
What do you think?

looks really nice. I see in your avatar that you have fogs, i been looking for fogs for my tl, and apparently they dont have any. If you dont mind please let me know what type of fogs are you using, and how hard was installing them.

subtledreamer you made the grille for an '00 tl were the grille is atached to the hood. I have an '02 and i want to do this but only the top of the grille is attached to the hood do you kno if you could still do this with an '02.
