212 on the stock tranny has GOT to be a record. You getting it rebuilt, or just changing it?

Hopefully! my car was in desperate need of the 210k service...my spark plugs and tranny all seemed to show failure symptoms at the same time..

and the shop is charging 2037$ for everything, including timing belt change and spark plugs

^ffuuu.. just for rebuilt? my friend got his fixed for 600 and it was a j30a1 (99 accord v6)

he took the tranny out himself which saved him alot too!

^^After a while you get used to the terrible ride haha

The roads here arnt too bad, just gotta avoid potholes, and if I gotta go up a steep driveway...then scraping up my lip and everything under the car is just part of life
