hey Nate, these is a honda accord behind your TL!

 

JYOO has the black chrome on his green TL - he bought it used and it came like that. The green is dark though and it makes the emblems hard to see but it does still look good.

Yep, I'm surpised there was a reflection of the Accord with all that dirt on my car!

 

You think that would look okay on my nighhawk black?

Might look cool on black... would make it hard to see the emblems at certain angles... though I think it would look nice and clean.

Got them from Acura, you have to order a whole set, you can't order just one. That sucks if someone steals one!

 

Does that include the grill trim and logo for the front or just the logo and badges for the rear?

 

I love black chrome. I have them on my black 1st gen. I think they look so much better.

 

I asked my dealer today in toronto, they said they dont even carry those Black Chrome kit, dealer sux like hell in canada....

Installed myself. Came with instructions.

It comes with a foam template, spaced perfectly for the A C U R A. You put it on the stock emblems and align masking tape to the left and bottom edges of the foam template. Then peel off the stock emblems.

The emblems come with a kinda sticky strip of plastic. You put that on the face of the black chrome emblems to hold them in the template, then you take off the backing, revealing the sticky side. Now you align the template with your masking tape marks and press the emblems on.

Easy stuff.

 

TL Daddy, it comes with all the rear emblems and the front "A" on the grill. Too bad the whole front grill does not come in Black Chrome too!! ...along with the door handles.....

 

Ya, I already thought about getting everything black chromed. I have a friend who works at a shop... haven't talked to him yet. Damn that'd be so sweet though!
