How is it dangerous? It's compressed air, not hydrogen or whatever else that could be dangerous.

Its still compressed air, a stored force of air at 150 to 200 psi. Who knows what can happen if he gets rear ended.

Air comes out. There would be nothing to ignite an explosion. Not to mention air isn't flammable.

They're thinking more of the air tank shooting out and hitting something (like they did in Mythbusters through the cinderblock wall).

at 200psi nothing is gonna happen. if it were a nitrogen tank then it would be a different story. ive had bagged trucks in the past and nothing beats air ride. compressor for me sucked. they took too long to air up. and sucked at filling the bags and have the tank full. you have to have the valves pretty much right next to the bags

wow its amazing to think that 200psi isn't dangerous. Here's an idea! Go home, fill an air tank with 200psi and smash it with a sledge hammer. I'm not talking about air being flammable, WTF is the matter with u? All I'm saying is that I don't wanna be there when that dude gets rear ended and have pieces of metal flying like bullets. Amazing how fucking stupid and mindless people are.

Calm down bro, we were just telling you that it would be ok if someone rear-ended him. Nothing would happen. If you start name calling other people who correct you then I think you are the stupid and mindless one.

Knock off the name calling.

Oh and i have punctured a air tank before 160psi (800 dollar air compressor ). It doesnt blow up. Pieces of metal dont go flying. Air simply comes blowing out.

and just so you know incase you dont. every product that is designed to hold air pressure is rated at 10% of its max capabilities. they do that so people dont push it and kill themselves. if you guys want a ultra quick setup get a nitrogen or helium setup. you dont have to worry bout blowing relays, trouble shooting electrical gremlins, running wires. all you need is a scuba tank and a regulator. which can be bought cheaper than two compressors, tank, relays, etc. not to say your setup isnt clean cuz it is.

LOL at 200 psi, its not gonna send chards of metal flying through the air. Maybe if the tank was made of glass, then I would be worried lol.

Not even going to continue this argument because im sure everyone is gonna start saying they are experts in air suspension and blew up an X amount of tanks with so and so psi levels. I guess if you think its safe to have 200psi charged tanks behind your rear bumper then so be it.
