so im not sure how to properly take pictures of these HID's, every picture seemed to be either too bright or not bright enough. i also used my boys camera which sucksss ass. pictures are kinda shitty but you can get a general idea.

 

They look ok. I'm starting to feel the VIP lights the more I see them on certain cars.

Car looks very clean but the VIP lights draw way too much attention to the lights...attention is good....but thats too much..sorta ricey for a clean TL like yourz....

 

VIP lights should be wired to light up only when doors are opened, cuz when they're constantly on they look as gay, if not more, than underbody neons

yea your right which is why they are wired to only turn on when the doors are open. you cant see it but the drivers door is barely open so i could take the picture.

yea REV-01 hooked me up with those lights. very easy install. i just dont know how they will hold up in the long run though. hopefully if that day comes rev will have them in stock again.

Yeah i thought the same thing untill i saw em in person, they look tight and if u can get em to dim when u close the doors they'll look even better.


BTW are those real Brabus Puddle lights?
If so 2X to rev01 for hooking that up if not they're still cool untill they start poping up on Xa's and CRX's.

i really didnt drill into the sideskirt. ill try and take daytime pics. if you look under the car its def not the cleanest install but it works. mine are just screwed into the skirt, i think rev did the same. only thing is, if you take 5 steps back from the car, you can see the lights. if i get the time i may take it out and re do it flush with the skirt

 

once i get my leds in if a hawaii tl owner want to do it i could right a diy on how i did mines...

let me explain the purpose of these lights, it turns on when you open the door so that the "vip" will not step on to puddles of water/dirt etc when they enter or exit the car, often times vip's shoes run 1000 bux and up so they why brabus and japanese tuners made this light kit....

so if you wire it so that it turns on all the time or at the front/rear with switch is GAY

once you wire it to the door, it turns on automatically upon disarm on the alarm system, and when you close the door it doesn't turn off right away, it slowly dims out so is cool

 

 

I like those VIP lights too...very elegant.... I like that fact that it only turns on when the door is open..you can imagine people go when they see you open yr door..
