03' TLS SSM - Clear or black housing headlights?

Sup all, I have an 03' SSM and I either want to clear my headlights or black them up. Ive always been a fan of black housing but I think the clear may look better on SSM. Overall, do you guys like it better as clear or black? here's how she looks as of today

Dont worry, I have springs but I'm waiting on a few suspension items before I lower her. And also reasonator mod, dont want to roll up on lifts if I cant clear them.

thanks

I like blackouts on SSM. Very sporty-like and aggressive.

Clears are...I have mixed feelings about them.

But most people here will vote clear.

man, i want that comptech intake. I think I'm going to clear it for now, I can always black them up down the road. Thanks for all the feedback. Yeah, my front tires are 35 series, 215/35/18s. I wanted it thin but I guess I didnt realize it was so thin but its ok, just gotta watch for potholes

i have 215/35/19 Pirellis... bad idea lol both the front ones went flat on the same day..

i say do a custom headlight.. something no one has, or rare, like parts of it black and some just chrome. maybe just do the borders black and leave the rest chrome or vice-versa? just an idea

I say black'm out, get larger wheels and lower it a bit. Your current wheel gap is a little too much right now.

Clears look a little juvenile... blacked look a little sinister with sophistication.

I decided to clear them, I already posted on the main page but here is a follow up.
Decided to do the clears, I can always change it later, but cant really do black then back to clear. Those are 18s, as much I would like to do 19s, tires would probably kill me. I have springs and shocks, I'm waiting on my other suspension pieces before I lower it. That and my exhaust to finish. Just makes it easier going up lifts.

Your clears look pretty decent. I'd still go black at some point, but I'm likin' the yellow fogs.

I have Tanabe NF210's on stock shocks (2.0" front 1.5" back) and speed bumps/lifts are no prob.

I'm thinkin' I need that the headlights are my next project. Although last week's 'No front license plate' ticket says otherwise... I just zip tied it on for now, this was taken this morning walking in from the parking lot @ work.
