xs header vs ??????
i was wonderin becuz a buddie of mine say that the xs header is not a good choice compare to comptech or dc sport or obx header he say you get wat u pay for so i was worndering if i can get some help about headers here for the tlp??? ppl tell me that i should go with a cat back instead of header for starter but the thing is that the car is not gonna get much of a power gain compare to the header.....welp wouldn't mind gettin some help here

honestly, if your buddy owns and drives a 3.2TL and has actually bought this headers and experienced it, then maybe he had some problems, but your buddy doesn't know. i thought that it was gonna be shat but after paying 97 + shipping for my headers, i love it. no problems what so ever. our exhausts (like fsttyms1 says) is already free flowing and doesn't need an aftermarket unless u want some sound. headers all the way man.
on a side note, if u want, you can get Comptech ones for an arm and leg or go with DC sports that had some issues but remade a new one but don't know where the hell it can be, and obx headers...... bad bad bad, the flexi pipe isn't so great and resonance is worse from past threads. i'd say 70% of the people with headers on this forum has xs-power headers... i be posting on another thread about headers.....

Your buddy doesn't know what hes talking about. Headers are about 30hp on the TL, while exhaust is MAYBE 5. A lot off ppl use XS, and yeah, Comptech is great, but they are $1,000!! And if he even mentioned OBX, then that shows how much he DOESNT know..
