Where to get air bags for 99 TL
I have bought a 99 TL from an auction and almost done with fixing it. Long time ago I bought 2001 Toyota Camry and there was some defect with transmision so a dealer gave me TL-S to drive while he was fixing it and that was great car, but that was back in CT, USA. Now i am living in SK, Canada and saw this 99 TL for sale so i got it. But you have to remember there are a lots of farms in Saskatchewan and not too many TLs, so can anyone tell me where can i get cheap AIR BAGS for this vehiecle?

I called Airlift and they said they will bolt in, no problem. They just require ALOT of air to lift the car (at least 180PSI in your tank) due to the weight. I'll have mine on before the summer rolls around.

Air bags and Air Ride are the same thing. Anything that uses pneumatics to get you off the ground is either using a bag or a cylinder. Bags are used due to the fact that they are an air spring and will act as a coil replacement. Air cylinders have no give and are very harsh. I can go on and on...
For the airlift struts, there are indeed bags on the top of the strut.
Air Ride Technologies is a comany that does air suspension. That may be why you hear the term "air ride" used.

So in other words, what he meant was "SRS, not suspension" which are definitely not the same.

Okay, now assuming you're talking about SRS, you can always call up junkyards. Or you can contact Tim at Ray Laks Acura (1-888-RAY-LAKS) or E-mail him at hondacuraworld@aol.com. He has great prices on new OEM parts.
