I have been finding it hard to find the front lip for my car and i remember seeing the link to the lip kit and i went ahead and ordered mine today....338.00 total and painted my color doesnt sound to bad...imma wait and see how this goes before i go ahead and order the sides....i kept my WW rear since i know it looks sexier......i will keep u guys updated to see what happens....heres the link where i ordered it from....

dont worry socio i will have them up as soon as i receive the lip...i jus wanted to give a heads up for the people looking for one...and damn Tom that sux...i guess becuz ur color is more popular and it went fast...

 

its cool, i wouldnt want to fuck up the front lip anyway , ill buy a fiber glass one.

 

i know 2 place's where they have the full SSM kit.

(one place might only have sides and a rear, since i purchased the front only.

 

they quoted me 156.00 from acura like a month ago...

UPDATE.....they are based out of Washington....they are Acura of Bellvue...the guy i spoke with is Joe he is cool as shit too guyz...he hooked it up....this is his contact info 425-644-3000...

EDIT:...also i went ahead and ordered the sideskirts so i will have the complete OEM kit with WW rear in about 2 weeks........im superexcited!!!!!.........

Me and my Acura dealer went on this site and they said that i couldnt get them since mine is a TL-S. The Tl-P and the TL-s had different part numbers for it.

If i was able to get it for the whole kit painted my color would be 955 not to bad.

exactly! but y are they showing different part numbers for the TL-S kit and the TL-P kit. Same color and everything.

 

the reason is becuz ur dealer doesnt know what their talking about....the 99-01 front lip doesnt fit our front bumpers but the 99-03 sides and rear are all the same....

 

Hmmm its Acura warehouse or whoever they get the parts from then dont know what they are talking about because I saw it on the computer myself and they where different part numbers.

 

well the type-s and tl-p are different cars as far as engine goes so maybe thats what throws the numbers off like that..but i dunno...when i called Joe at acura of Bellvue he jus asked the year and color of my car BAM..he said its ordered and that was that...

erick3 (a member here on azine) actually works at acura of bellevue.

and acura of lynnwood which is close to seattle still has a full kit in nbp.

 

i actually called them from an earlier post you made... they had all the pieces "in assorted colors"

but he quoted me 450 for the rear lip.. plus 125 to ship it to me

575 just isnt justifying a 3 inch wide rear lip =(

front and sides will work till i find a rear thats reasonable in price... i paid less that that for BOTH front and sides...

 

IN NY they wanted almost 500 for my frontlip, 400 for the sides and 400 for the rear, but i ordered my front and side lips from Florida, I went with the Wingswest Rear ordered that from CALI. Check this out, when it first arrived It came in a box 36 inches in width, I was like WTF? no way thats my rear lip, when i opened it, it was rolled up lol, you just gotta love that Rubber shit.......had to stretch it out for a few a days then everything was great, just imagine the shipper was smart saved money on the shipping SIZE!!!

what i meant was find a dealer with a better price... and that wont have to ship, or at least ship closer..

i know that acura is acura... but i've gotten 3 different prices for front, sides, and rears from 3 different dealerships...

not saying i will only pay dirt cheap prices... but 575? nobody should pay that for a rear lip...

my local quoted 411 and i thought that was pretty steap for something thats been in a warehouse for years collecting dust..

deals happen.. and luck for some people..

if i cant find one decently priced in 6 months or so i'll cave and just pay for it. anything is better than fiberglass.

 

jus got a call from Joe and he said he received my front lip so my front and sides have been shipped....
