K i have a warranty question? does putting in aftermarket headers or short ram intake void any warranty that i should know about.. I would hate to void a warranty on a car with 18k on it!!?? thanx

 

Im pretty shure it doesnt, but you might want to check with some of the "gurus" I know that nothing will void your trannmsision warranty but I dont know about the rest.

 

if they find out that the headers leaking or something like that screwed up your o2 sensor they would make you pay for the o2 sensor.

likewise if the intake sucked in dirt b/c you installed it wrong it would be deemed your fault and there fore you would have to pay.

 

ah ok.. well thats fine.. i dont think i would fuck the intake install up.. as long as the tranny warranty isnt voided! thats the biggy

 

NOPE...They would have to prove that one of your mods made the tranny fail (which is very unlikely)

 

ah i see.. well on a different note.. have you guys replaced you headers with aftermarket headers?? if so notice any hp / torque gains?? and what manufacturer? ive heard good and bad things about megans and stones and comp tech is fu**ing rediculously priced!!
