Incorrect...With the UR crank pulley the gains are immediate as the gains come from a lighter weight and underdriven pulley. There is no ECU adustment as there is no change to the air/mixture.
Enjoy your UR crank pulley. It gives one of the most gains for the buck.

read more posts. I have the UR crank & alt. pulleys and I can in fact state that it takes a solid week before you start feeling the full gain from this mod. After install I noticed a small gain, but nothing significant after a week it was like a kick in the ass.

that principle makes sense, but myself and many others on here say/felt the same thing. I thought it was bogus but I honestly felt much more power after a week or so went by. My driving habits were the same so I believe something needs time to adjust for the gains to be fully realized.

[QUOTE=MY2002TLS]So do you also have headers? If so which mod would you do first??[/QUOTE
I have most all the bolt on mods for an '02 TL-S. The best gain for the buck comes from the UR crank pulley. You get gains through out the RPM range unlike headers where you only get gains in the high RPM range.
Get the UR crank pulley first, then a cold air intake, then headers.

Yeah, I'll agree with that. For the price of headers...it's best going with pulleys first. I have Injen CAI and Comptech Headers and catback exhaust...but did the pulleys last. I guess it doesn't really matter because it's all there now but I would have done the pulleys first.

Depends on what headers you are buying. ur crank pulley is 180.00 plus install(unless you DIY) 100.00 install= 280.00. gain from ur pulley is about 10HP so that is $28/per HP. headers there are several brands from Megan 250.00 to comptechs 1100.00, both provide same gains around 25HP. if you go Megan(250) or DC(350) and assuming you have a pro install them(150-200), say you buy Megan for 250.00 install is 200.00 total is 450.00, HP gain is 25HP that is 18/per HP, DC would be 550.00 so that is 22/per HP, both give better bang for the buck that UR crank pulley. I also have every bolt-on for my TL-P and headers and pulleys are both awesome mods, 2 best IMO, but edge goes to headers IMO. This is all about what you want to do to your car. IMO always go headers first, then CAI, then pulleys, then spacers, then exhaust, so on and so on.
