Turbo Manifold?
Turbo Manifold?
I was wondering if anyone on here would know if this would fit a 03 Acura TL? I was thinking that it would but then i dont know if there would be a problem with clearance in the bay. Does anyone know?

Headers.
Yes, they should fit an 03, however you dont want to skimp on quality with headers.
You need a perfect fitment or else you will have resonance and annoying vibrating/shaking sounds, as well as an exhaust leak.
Even the higher end brand names of headers are prone to cracking, so I can only imagine cheaper and lower quality.
Stick to DC, Comptech, xs, etc.

yea i know i was thinking getting a OBX manifold with the headers manifold, downpipe, y pipe etc., and having the piping for the inercooler custom made with a good qauality turbo, wastegate, injectors, BOV, etc.

Intercooler is one way in and out way other so it can maximize the effect of cooling. As shown in diagram #2, the left side of the intercooler would be ineffective and useless since air enters and exit from the right side only.
i wanted an intercooler with one side inlet/outlet but didnt find anything that would fit. most of them were 3" thick with 2.2-2.75 inlets/outlets. i wanted 4" thick and 3" inlets/outlets so i made this work. hopefully it will be good for the amount of psi i want to throw at it
Id love to finish the build. But have to get ready and save for court, lawyer and ticket fees. So unfortunatlly the build is on hold. And I was gonna have my block sleeved in a few weeks. Well moneys going to something else now
