Does anyone know how to tune your car as far as air/fuel ratio, adjusting the big flathead screw on the throttle body, how many turns out it needs to be from bottomed out, also there is a three wire plug that plugs into a sensor on the bottom of the throttle body. If you loosen the two screws you can adjust it from moving it side to side. And the stock fuel pressure regulator has one screw in the middle of it, from bottomed out how many turns out does it have to be? The only reason why im asking is that I am the second owner of this 99 tl and I noticed some of these items have been tampered with so i want to make sure that everything is at its specs.

 

get and after marker fuel pressure regulator if u want to mess with it. how do u know it was tampered with? only way to adjust it is threw a management unit. afc neo, or stand alone.

 

Oh, well the only reason I think it was tampered with is that its missing the yellow plastic clip-on cover, the flathead screw on the throttlebody is usually painted from the factory and the paint is scratched off as if someone has turned it, and that sensor on the bottom of the throttlebody looks like its been adjusted before because I can see the indentions on the sensor where the screws were before.
