suggestions on intake for a 03 type-s

hello everyone, i recently purchased an 03 type-s and wanted to add some extra horsepower. i would also like to get a little better gas mileage. i am a car idiot. i know nothing about an engine and could not tell you where anything is in my engine. people have told me about putting in a "tornado fuel saver" or a "turbonator" but that seems kind of hokey to me. does anyone have a better suggestion that wont add noise to the engine?

i know, i am looking for the best of three worlds. does it exist? any help would be greatly appreciated
