All suspension components are the same across the 99-03. And dont worry about having to raise it back up because of snow. I have yet to have a problem up here being lowered.

ok i was just asking about using 01-03 parts because i see alot more parts for those years then the 99. i just want to drop a couple inches not too crazy. i still have stock rims for now, i know it will look a little dumb but im trying to catch up with you guys lol.

also i park in a open lot i have no garage so i dont know if snow being under your car is bad for it! im guessing it is?

If you get coilovers, remember to clean them every so often. Areas that get snow and salt on the roads will cause the threads to seize.

After ruining a pair many years ago from the sand and salt i sprayed them with Chain wax (designed for motorcycle chains) before winter and throughout to help protect them. I highly doubt id run coilovers ever again unless it was a complete H&R setup.

yep.
tiens do not come with top hats, tho.
you will either have to swap your stock top hats over, or buy 4 new top hats.
