2 screws then the whole black trim pulls out. Unplug every thing and take the black shroud out and remove the 4 screws holding the gauges in place.

its a very easy mod to install.

The only semi-difficult part is fitting them over the needles.

Ok, I am in the middle of doing this mod right now, I got the gauges over the needles fine and now I at the part where I need to hook everything up. The instructions say run the power wire to my dash lights power, or cigarette lighter power, but it does not say where those are. Can someone please help me with a picture as to which wire to tap for power?

It's not difficult to fine the power souce, everyone get the power from differance places so you need the electric tester to fine where you want to get. I'm sure you can get from atleast 3 places like turn on the key, dash light on or headlight on.
Most ppl hook up on the dash light on for this kind of mod.

Turn the dash light on and use the tester to fine the power is look at under the dash( around at your left kneel when you sitting on your seat) u will fine many small electric socket and test each of them so u can determine which one. Once u found, turn the dashlight on and off to make sure it how you want. If you want to know more I can take the pic.
