projector retrofit

guys i want to do a projector retrofit but my question is do i have to buy the ballast for the projectors im buying as well??

no, you just need a good set of projectors you can keep stock ballast and ignitor.

you'd probably benefit on getting a set of D2S bulbs though

The stock d2r have a shield on the blubs themselves i believe to give it a cutoff so it doesn't just shine all over the place. You would definitely benefit to switch over to d2s bulbs.
