Hello everyone this is my first post so bear with me. I have an 03 tl type s and i debadged the "acura" letters under the logo. Once i got them off i noticed ghosting on all the letters. Whats the best way i can get rid of it and make it look smooth again?

get them buffed off, and if they are still there, give it some time for the paint that was underneth the badges to fade like the rest of the paint

 

I had the same thing, ghosting and scratch marks, I used my fingernails to peel off the stickiness which left it looking hazy. I used this product and my trunk looked brand spanking new

thanks! im gonna try buffing it out a bit, do you think once i buff it i would be able to just wax over it to blend the look of the paint

 

A proper machine polish is needed to get rid of the hazing and any scratch marks (depending on the condition of your paint and how hard/crusty the sticky stuff is). Any over the counter product claiming it can do that is a load of bs.
