PlasmaGlow LED Door Handle Kit

Anyone with experience with these kits? The DIY seems much too hard for me, a n00b when it comes to doing serious mods, like taking apart the doors. This site has a pair for $70

^^ exactly. Shouldnt be hard at all. The hardest part would probably be to have it looking neat..which isnt hard at all. Other than that should be cake

i was hoping the plasmaglows would be easier than the DIY on here tho... https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-1999-2003-98/diy-door-handle-leds-613711/
looks like a lot of people had questions/problems when doing the mod. also looks a little tricky for my personal skill

just drill...hot glue...power...ground...

i tapped mine to my dome lite...so they only come on when my doors open n when i turn the alarm off...

if u tap it to the dome...itll fade off since thats what the dome does too...

i also have a toggle switch on/off for when i show my car...

its pretty easy.. just gotta know where the wires are...

and read up on how people clean up their wires when doing these mods.. ie. heat shrink and all that fun stuff...

Just do what I did. Buy a bunch of LED's that are wired up. Buy yourself some thin wire so its easier hide. If you want a clean install you're going to have to take things apart. Why spend 50 bucks when it can happen for under 10.
