outlaw thermoblok install tips?
Alrighty i got the thermobloks.i'm look'n for any tips from peolpe that have done it before. the instructions look simple so far. i printed a DIY from v6 performance.net & i want to put them in tommorow morning. i feel fairly confident but this is my daily driver and i dont want to fudge it up. looking for any dos, donts, things to keep handy or problems to look out for. so any info bring it on
be confident. this is an easy diy. just follow the instructions and you cannot go wrong. no tricks other than the coolant hose at the bottom of the TB is a bitch to get off and back on. that was the only troublesome issue I dealt with, everything else was smooth as silk.

Get yourself a gasket scraper. You'll need to remove the old gaskets before you put the new ones on.
Make sure you have a torque wrench to tighten everything down.

These outlaw thermoblock spacers will fit in an 01' TL correct. And all the spacers really do is help to dissipate heat right? Sorry for jacking the thread, but I'm in the market for another DIY mod before I get headers. Thanks.
