Arrow Need help finding an exhaust system

So I have a 2002 Acura 3.2 V6 TL and I am looking for something to make the car a bit louder, yes sort of like a "ricer". I want something decently loud, but still can pass e-checks, and not so loud that it hurts....

My budget is around 200-400 bucks, im not sure if a muffler, tip, exhaust system or what I need.

Please help an Acura friend out, suggest what item/items I need for this sound, and PLEASE a link to buy them...eyc

-Thanks A LOT!!!

Maybe something like a Flowmaster 40 series muffler? Around 100 bucks.

Would that make it sound louder but still not ratty or crappy sounding?

For your budget this will be your best bet. Easy install, nice sound (you can see clips on YouTube), and good price. http://www.speed-element.com/servlet...muffler/Detail

i'm surprised Tsudo didn't make it a full catback system for the 2G when they made a full catback exhaust for the 7th gen accord and 3G TL.

you could probably get the 3G TL one and just do some minor adjustments?? the ATLP mid-pipes were based off the 3G TL. minor differences from what i remember.

I ordered just the axleback system to hold me over while I wait on an ATLP catback. It's almost summer I can't look stock!

tanabe medallion cat back. muffler resonator delete. left the resonator by the cat on, everything else is straight pipes. it sounds raspy in the video, sounds really aggressive in person. inside the car sounds crappy. but outside is great

Wouldn't you have saved a lot of money by buying just some pipes and mandrel bends with a Y pipe and make it yourself? I'd imagine most of the price of the Tanabe system is in the mufflers, no? Either way it sounds nice.
