If you're lowering, replace the shocks. Stock shocks won't last long lowered.

 

Im on S Techs and have been for a min and my stock shocks are fine.

 

seeing you have a 2000 your stock shocks were probably passing their life expectancy already when you had the S Techs put on. Id bet you would notice a big improvement in ride, especially if you have over 50k miles.
