High Output Alternator
My Alternator just went out. So I decided that if I was going to get a stronger than stock alternator now would be the time. So i have a few questions:
1. How many watts is the stock alternator
2. Are there any disadvantages of a higher watt alternator
3. Could it possibly make the car run a little better
4. Where could i find one

2.Higher alternator temp., shorter life, loss of a couple tenths mpg.[guesses]
3.I can't really imagine how.
4.Custom rewire or fabricate.
