My low beams are done

One of my low beams is HID i believe and have a pink tint my other is not. The one that is is flickering and went out. How much is it to have these replaced, and is one not pink because the cheap previous owner put a regular bulb in it.

you can buy a pair of new ones for about a $100, install them yourself.
