Mid Muffler delete

I am curious to know, I am probably going to get a mid muffler delete this week, does this mean I will fail a VA emission's test?

i love the way it sounds when the car is on the move, but it doesnt sound as good as i wanted it to when moving slow but in the end, i think its worth it... cold starts in the morning sometimes sound like theres justy a hole in the muffler

There's no wires going into the mid muffler. That's probably your Cat. There are hangars holding up the exhaust, but their not attached to the mid muffler.
