Magnaflow Exhaust Update

Not too long ago i posted Vids of the Magnaflows when i had NO RESONATORS on my exhaust pipes at all, starting from the catalytic convertor. most of you did not like the loud roaring sound of it..

recently i purchased an 18inch Dynomax bullet resonators and got it installed. it made the tone really beefy and deep. here are a few pics, scroll down for the video links.

yes!! it really does.. thats what my friend taking those vids said. sounds like a real mean powerhouse. i love the way it sounds right now.. i think im done with engine mods that changes sound now. took a while to accomplish this..

now i guess im gonna be working on some exterior mods since im done with "go" mods!! haha

Used Magnaflow Axlebacks - 200
Dynomax 18inch Bullet Resonator - 50
Custom Welding and Bending of the B-Pipe - 120

TOTAL - about 400 with taxes and stuff other stuff (gaskets, bolts..)

for the Bpipe, youre gonna have to ask the muffler shop to cut out the two resonators underneath and replace it with the bullet resonator. this will give the car a mean sound. plus not that much droning inside the cabin which is a great plus!

how much did you spend on labor? Also, your saying you cant hear it inside, b/c that's the only thing keeping me from doing it right now...

Amazing, aaronnn posted complete costs in his first message.

BTW, nice set up aaronnn! Now all ya gotta do is remove the 3.2 TL from the trunk for a nice clean look.

yeah.. actually i did this setup because you gave me the idea. a while back you sent me a PM instructing me exactly what to do with this custom setup. so thats what i did, for about a month i went around getting quotes and trying different things to the exhaust pipings.. once that was settled, i just went for it as soon as i purchased the two mufflers.

thanks again for that PM like.. a month and a half ago. ahaha

haha nice! get it done man! its really nice and even with all that custom bending and welding, its still half the price of a comptech catback!! plus it sounds nicer and a little louder. well, you can adjust the loudness by sticking in different resonators, so youre not just stuck with one quiet sound...

Damn.. a little late but I just found ur post haha. very nice. It's a shame but I'm gonna be ditching this exhaust soon... cuz my gf is complaining of noise... and I can't hear my music no more . I love the sound... but just not forever.

[mod edit -- don't crap on this guy's thread ... if you want to sell / trade ... post in black market]
