Lens Painting/painter

Alright, so i tried to see if anyone has done this, but I couldn't find anything.
Either there isn't a thread about this, or I just suck at searching.
So here's the story, I'm currently doing the
Lexan glass fog mod, but I'm not gonna paint the chrome part. I'm wondering if anyone has used

because I want to know if it's safe to paint the inside of the lens where the fog lamp will be.

trial fog, this tint has a cut on it
redoing whole process, but so far this thing has been surviving, lexan + tint spray

well, since it's pretty much being put together
the lexan plastic/glass was tinted with the spray, i heavily advise u do this somewhere with no dust lurking around or you will regret it. the trial lens went well, having the tint facing inside will be great, because now it wont chip away or get scratched sadly, i dont get replies on this thread i think i'm posting up good stuff, anyways....

gonna paint these white then imma put it all together

Final result

well today i finally assembled my fog lights back on.... hopefully i get a response or something
The tint is on the inside the housing, so this tint will not be scratched or scuffed like your jordans. did a trial run, and they work great.
flash off

flash on

lights off

lights on

and my grill insert is off cuz imma wait for my inspire insert.... such a long wait
the chrome trim isnt color matched, but it gives it some flare if you know what i mean

you should if you do paint the lenses, put it in a straight line, so when you tint it you just go back and forth

Looks great ! Nice job. I'm about to do the lexan trick as well. I've put 3 sets on fog lights on my car. Like the way you painted the trim ring too. I did mine black and they look great. Whats the light output like ?

thanks
light output is really good, the drivers side fog is a lil corroded since it was busted but i never removed the chrome, so light output wasn't really messed with. i might save up for HID fogs tho, so it's a bright and deep yellow
