Just Tuned with AFC Neo

Just put my car on the dyno and tuned it..power before tune was 233 fwhp and 200 ft/lbs torque...now i am at 240.6 fwhp and 212 ft/lbs torque...that is just the peak hp..at one point i have a 12 hp and 15 ft/lbs increase in power...installed the neo in the sunglass holder looks great and i am very happy!

Im about to do the tune as well, and the guy that was gonna do it told me it would cost about 200$ but i dont know if i want to spend that just for the tune. I was wondering how much it cost you or if u did it your self and how you go about doing it.

Air-Fuel control. You can adjust your air-fuel ratio at certain RPMs.

I would like to use him for my business if he is local b/c that is a crazy price to tune and dyno for 2 hours. I paid $650 to tune my turbo Accord.

Seems like this is a way better solution than the unichip. I think I may go for it if there are some decent tuners here in MD.

[IMG][/IMG] ran wire through pillar
[IMG][/IMG] Neo and pnp harness had about 3 inches not enough wire
[IMG][/IMG] cut sunglass holder..
[IMG][/IMG] Sunglass holder still closes to conceal the NEO

Hmmm if we add all the figures up. Basically we are looking at $600 for about 8 to 10HP Sounds Good as long as you have every single bolt on mods and you need all other mod before getting a supercharger. Cause thats wat i wanna do

well you have to remember the gains are across the whole rpm board...all the other mods we have are all top end gains...this makes a smooth powerband...also our cars are tuned for 91 octane and we put 93 octane in them...this tune will correct the difference...btw i can make more power if i adjust my vtec..i havent touched it yet....damn i should get commision from Apexi all of you that are buying haha

given that the car runs rich in stock form... have you noticed a difference in mileage? give that you drive normally, that is.

and ive heard issues about the ecu correcting itself, since it would notice the leaning out due to the vafc... any truth to that?

from what ive seen so far, im getting one.

yeah im really happy..so far i cant tell a mileage difference but i can tell some low throttle torque gains...but ive only driven 50 miles on the low throttle tune...i lowered the tuen to around -10 on the lower throttle numbers..so when riding around town the car is running leaner and more efficient
