Question Intake Resonator problem.

If I remove my intake resonator wont the pipe that was connected to it suck up things such as gravel, leaves, etc., as I am driving?

You must be referring to type-P where the intake resonator is attached to the intake pipe. What do others use to cover that hole?
Type-S does not have that issue.

The resonator is BEFORE the filter on BOTH cars below the filter and behind the bumper. The tl-p has a small one as well between the air filter and tb, and if you remove that one it needs to be plugged with something like a hockey puck. Most just remove the lower res

OP -

you will have no problem sucking up anything. you have a splash shield that will block all large objects from getting into the airbox, as well as a filter to block any small particles from getting into the intake.
