good thing i havn't bought it yet. i've been reading up on the pulley systems, i think i'll go with Unorthodox Racing pulley set. thanks for the input. i need more info on the install of the v2. I've seen there are issues with the v2 and the 99 model...not sure if that translates over.

If you have some patience and can turn a wrench, this is not a hard process. If you are going the "removing your bumper" route, just make sure to keep all the clips, 2 screws, and 2 bolts organized, remember what came off of where, and try not to break them. They are ~$2 to replace. Ensure that anything that you unplugged from the throttlebody area is plugged back in. And put some blankets down when removing the bumper, in case you need to rest it quick. The only thing I had ever done to my car before my AEM install was replacing the foglight blubs. Ha. Let us know how it goes... (I suggest not starting the install at 12AM, like I did. By the time you're finished, you're not going to want to put the car away for the night! It sounds sooo nice...)

1. Removing the bumper (which gives you PLENTY of room to work. It's not as difficult as it sounds)
2. Unbolting the plastic underneath where the intake sits and working from below & above (tight place)
Generally, I've found more posts where people just remove the bumper and save their hands...
