Injen 1S166nOP short ram intake or cold air intake

What's the diffrence between the both? which gives more HP? is cold air intake good for ny driving?

cold air goes down in the fender and gives you more power, you wont suck water and if you think you will put a bypass valve on it

i just have one question my car has about 112k on it....would it still be strait to put an intake on it or would it fuck up my oil pressure

AEM cold air or CT engineering ice box? CT Engineering says adds 8 hp WITH our headers and exhaust, so it'll take another 1800 to get the 8 hp 7lbs of torque. I have tried searching the threads, none mentions the comparison of the 2, I tried the search button, nothing on the headlines.
