Illinois laws on headers?

I was just wondering if anyone on here knew anything about Illinois laws on installing headers? Thanks

1. check regions section you could probably get answers there faster
2. check local exhaust shops they should know the laws on what to install or not

I'm sure with the way you guys drive down there that headers are legal. How do your emission tests go?? Plug into OBD port or the hoses on the pipes in back??

The only state that really has issues with headers is cali. They are the only state that requires a carb certification. There wont be a issue passing emissions with them, and they wont make your car "loud"
