I need all the help i can get

I have an 03 cl-s 6-speed.............I am changing the clutch out.......here is my problem, I cannot get the fu**ing transmission alligned back up to the engine. I even took the interm. shaft out for more room and no matter what angle or straight on the tranny always gets caught on the frame. Is there a certain way you do this? I tried twisting it and turning it and the tranny always gets caught. And NO you cannot just go straight in, you have to twist and turn it to get past the frame. I am getting really pissed off at this............please help, I dont understand how this is done.

Ok, I finally got everything back together again. I had to basically take everything that unbolts off in the area where the tranny is just to get it alligned up perfect. Let me tell you, I did everything perfect, torque specs, cleaned and greased every nut & bolt, acetone cleaned all surfaces on flywheel, clutch plate, every smooth surfaces, etc. When I took it for a ride it drove perfect just like before, but with a new clutch now. I have to break it in so I havent got on it yet. But let me tell you if anyone has any questions on tranny removal/clutch replace let me know because I basically slept under my car for about a week now. You have no idea how happy I am now that this is over and eveything turned out good.

I started it last week by removing the tranny, but then I had to wait almost a week for the new flywheel to arrive, then it took me two days of fighting the tranny to put it back it. There were about a million nuts & bolts I had to figure out were they go because I just threw everything in a box. At the end I was left with two little bolts where I have looked everywhere and I cannot figure out where the hell they go. I hope they're not important but to me everything is. I'll have to look again soon sometime.

This is where a box of ziploc bags and a sharpie come in handy.

Weephole? I hope not. The head on the bolts are a size 12mm. They are about 1" 3/4 long, and the last 1/8th inch of the bolt has no threads on it. So the tips for the first 1/8th inch are smooth. Im clueless. They are two identical bolts.
