Guys, I need some help with removing paint from the rear lip. I brought the front, side, and rear lip to a paint shop today to get it painted. Turns out they wont do my rear because the paint need to be remove first. It's chipped and coming off so they told me I need to take it all out before they can do it. What's the best way to remove the paint with the no/least damage to the lip?

 

find a new paint shop?

I dont see why they couldnt prep and paint the lip

When sanding, make long, consistent movements. This will help minimize uneven sanding.

 

paint remover. joe over on another forum used paint remover to remover the paint from his front bumber.
