Does the Eastern high flow converter (part # 40358) do any good with my Magnaflow catback?

My factory one went bad, dealer quoted me $1600 or so for replacing it. In the end i went with the random technology high flow cat. It has been on my car for a year without any trouble, it has the O2 sensor opening and it doesnt through off the check engine light either.

I have Random Tech. High Flow as well, and I like it. If you decide to get one, I recommend getting the hardware kit as well as the O2 extension(caspers electronics).
