HID & Fogs

Hi all.
Purchased a used 99TL 96K on it. I want to change the lights to a HID system (yes I know HIDs are standard on this car). But I noticed one light is stock and the other is aftermarket. I want to change both to after market. Any suggestions on the brand of HID to buy.

2) I am thinking on adding FOGS too, any suggestions.

Get Phillips or Kaixen bulbs for your headlights. They cost like $50 on eBay.

For the fogs, you have to custom fit Civic or Accord fog lights into the bumper or you could get the OEM bumper but that is $$$.

I would go with 3000K in the fogs if you go HID.

There's also a DIY on how to custom fit the fog light into the housing in the DIY section.

And stick with the stock 4300 to 5k. Any thing higher than that and you start loosing usable light

http://www.retro-solutions.com/ and if you buy more stuff from them you get discounts. Are you fogs like disgusting yellow cuz mine were so i swapped them with white/blue 9006 bulbs and they look soo much better. pain in the ass to access them though getting around all that plastic but once you get the fogs out it takes 10 seconds to change the bulbs. BUT MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE OIL ON YOUR HANDS WHEN YOU CHANGE IT! cuz the bulbs get really hot and oil is obviously flammable so the bulb could explode!

I noticed, ours use 35W. Can I put a 55W bulb on it with original ballast? Thanks,
