worthless

I love it how people like DC3328 dont offer any help to a fellow ziner in need. He just sticks his nose out at a friend in need in some help. People like that must have nothing better to do.

what advice would you give him with the info he put? ive taken off my tails before. the connectors have a tab on them and you pull.. i posted that so he could maybe give some more info towards his problem.

he then proceeded to post this:

The way you worded your question it sounds like you want to smoke the connectors.

To answer your question though, the connectors (I'm assuming you mean bulb sockets) for the bulbs should twist counter-clockwise and then pull out.

cranked what... all you do is twist and pull out. why are you trying to pull the connectors when you can just take off the bulbs while connected to the wire harness?

obviously he tried to help you retard.. OP said connectors and didn't specify what connectors..

if he took a pic of which connector, then we could've simply said, " oh that connector, all you do is blah blah blah"

... are you spraying them?

don't sand them.. wat are you gonna do if it comes out like shit?

and just tape it off.. use butcher paper or something so you don't have to use like 100 yards of tape..

All I'm saying is, he tried to help, you don't have to question his common sense.

After all, you're the one asking for help.

Good luck with it.

Common sense? I'm trying to help you jackass. You need to clarify what connectors you're talking about. At least take a picture or use a schematic from an Acura online parts dealer and point it out so we know what the hell you're talking about!

chris- u want to take the whole tail lights off, right. now u can do that in two ways.

1. twist the plug (the parts where the bulb sits) counter clock wise. like if u were unscrewing a screw. just a little bit until u feel that u can take the whole connector and bulb out

2. in back of each plug (the plastic part where the bulb sits) their gonna be a male and female connector (small rectangular piece that separates) if u look on that connection, u will find a small square at the end of ones side of the connector. push that down and pull the connector away from each other. do that to all the connections and the tail light will come out.

I see the CL-S is coming along nicely. You gotta change your slogan under your name to "CL-S on steroids" though.
