Headlights on 2G TL

Let me first say pardon my noobness -_-
I've looked at TL's with all white headlights without the orange ones on the sides. I'm assuming they switched the lights out. I was wondering how to do this and where could you buy the equipment required. Also how much would it cost about? (i'm assuming not very much :p)

This is my TL:

If you are talking about removing the orange reflector also, here are the DIY.

Yeah it sounds like he just wants to remove the orange reflector. But seen how your car is black the blacked out headlights always look good.

Follow the steps in the DIY. When you have the headlight apart, go buy paint and paint the housing black and be sure to take the orange reflector out.
