I installed my new XS headers last saturday and I was wondering if they are instant power or the ECU will adjust itself in a week or so.

The ECU adjusts immediately.

 

When I installed DC Sports headers, I did not notice the "Full" power until about a week later. I did not disconnect the battery terminals during the installation. Someone in the forum claimed that by disconnecting the battery, ECU would relearn and the new power would relearn faster.

Another curious question. So XS headers are exact replicas of the Comptech headers?? How bout the resonence? is their any? I'm trying to clear our all my question before pursuing with a pair.

Then i suggest you use the search button and read thru the other threads and see what those who have had them think.

Personally of every thing ive read they seem to be the least problematic of the headers (other than comptech) I have them and there is NO resonance and fit perfectly
