header/intake hp improvements?

header/intake hp improvements?

i am recently installing dc sport headers and injin cold air intake how many horses would you say that adds?

IMO headers makes all the difference....

You'll safely get 20 from DC headers. 30 is too much IMO. Injen CAI won't give you more than 2hp.

Nah I tought Headers will make the most too...
CAI makes if wonders 5 HP....

ROFL I aimed too High.... 30HP Tops....

headers peak gain would probably be 30

iirc.. there was someone who did a dyno with the comptech header and did peak 30hp improvement

but throughout the powerband. it was somewhere between 15-20 or so..

i would say 20 to the wheels intake doesnt do much at all

No guys, I was wrong about the intake. It added about 8hp peak to a TL-S with CT headers. Pretty impressive for a CAI.

Thanks I couldnt beleive it added 8 at the wheels. I can't wait till I make a 4" cold air intake after I do my intake manifold swap.

The more air you can get into these motors the more they make. The stock TB is a huge restriction.

I recently installed DC sports headers and AEM cold air intake on my 03tl s and i feel a very noticable difference...mods are worth it
