halo ring projector headlight conversion kit?

I was just wondering, does anyone have a halo ring project headlight kit installed??? I've been searching around the net for a conversion kit for my 2G TL, and i just can't seem to find it. All the kits i found were for integras/RSXs. So, my guess is that there aren't any available for the 2G TL.

None made for us. You would have to custom make it.

There are none you can buy. You have to buy the parts and do it yourself custom

Here's a DIY for the rings:

http://www.crx.lt/honda_crx/content/...php?content.16

Otherwise, you can always measure the diameter of the ring and then try to find a kit that matches up the diameter.

This might sound like a stupid question, but.... after reading the DIY on making your own angel eyes I wondered how it actually would look... Do you create the LED angel eye around your HID bulb or do u make part of your headlights angel eyes and part HID regular (guess thats the right term) because if you put an angel eye around your regular bulb, won't it take away the effect of the halo ring??

Yes i did, these are CCFL rings that are made for BMW E46. THey look good and not out of place in my car because of the projectors, if you do put them in yours then they will be blocking low beam light as you can see, I soon will be doing another retro and will be using these once again for an 03 TL. Once i start work on that project i will start another thread and keep you guys posted on it. If you are going to spend the time and money then go with CCFL rather than the LED based angel eyes, the CCFL can easily be seen during day time where as the LED ones are barely visible at night.

Heres a picture of my current headlights

yeah, JNC, keep us posted as everyone is interested on converting to projector headlights....

- Lostkhan, I'm definitely up for your offer, since I am not the most experienced when it comes to headlights, and have never done this before.
