So I am picking up my Comptech headers on tuesday. They are used, he said they come with gaskets but I think I should buy new ones. The J pipe is connected to the headers so I was wondering which gaskets I need and what brand I should buy. Should I get OEM ones online? or head over to autozone/kragen for some? Cork or metal?

Since the J pipe is attached I am guessing I need two for each side of the exhaust and 1 for the end that bolts up to Cat, correct?

 

Also I am assuming it wont come with hardware so what kind of nuts and bolts will I need or can I use my originals?

 

How much extra HP and WHP do you get with headers

 

I haven't seen anyone who has only done the headers, but from what I hear "about 30". But I also have exhaust have AEM Cold Air Intake so I don't know.
