Exhaust help

I have a 2000 acura tl and I straight piped it after the catalytic converter and I was wanting to get lots of power and am trying to figure out what muffler brands would be the best but also if there is any point in putting mufflers on the back or if I should add one to the middle of my exhaust or if i should get headers?

Don't expect to get 'lots of power' from exhaust on a stock automatic j32 just not in the cards. But, you can get lots of noise and a toasted trans if you drive it abusively. Not trying to be a jerk. I have an extensive 3.5 build. But, its 6spd and has cost a lot of time and money.

2.5" split to dual rear mufflers are common for this gen, but i prefer single 3". up you on muffler type and size to alter the sound.
