Question estimate hp and torque with these mods

within my 2001 is: CAI, XSP Headers, Magnaflow Cat Converter with 2.5in straight piping to Comptech Axle-backs', accompanied with Royal Purple Oil and NGK Laser Platinum spark plugs.

i finally got my transmission fixed after a year and about a half if not more and found out that i only had to replace my clutch along with that i replaced my timing belt for the first time since i got my car at 80k miles and now she has 126k miles - clutch repair with timing belt costing about $3700 vs 3600-4200 from the estimates i recieved from other shops to replace the whole transmission with a used set decent deal i think...... would of liked to gone 6spd swap but i needed the car to at least run after so long (she runs stronger then ever now with very smooth shifts) - plus the shops want up to 7k to do it..... IS THERE ANYONE IN WASHINGTON THAT CAN HELP ME WITH THE PROCESS OF SWAPPING does it really cost up to 7k for a swap?......

anyways im curious as to how much power i may be producing; im sure not much but im in hopes to possibly being within 245-260 hp as stock is 225 if im not mistaken..

why did you put in platinum plugs? Get the NGK Iridiums (much better plug for our cars). RP oil isn't a mod and is over rated oil. For the money get some Amsoil next go around. With I/H/E on a TL-P you'll be under 200whp but not by much.

Nice bodykit, spoiler and wheels though!!! Those look badass!!!!

ah i thought that laser platinum sounded nice when i was at the autozone- hopefully i can return them maybe since i havent put the plugs in just yet.. was going to this weekend but if Iridiums are better then ill try exchanging them ... do you have experience with the platiniums??? also experience with the Royal Purple to figure that Amsoil was best??? differances that you noticed???

Does the upgraded pulley make any difference in power? Is it worth the 200$+ to buy

I found it to be well worth it. The motor is more lively and responds quicker. (i cant wait to get my lightened crankshaft put in)

Definitely the UR pulley makes a noticeable difference throughout the powerband. NGK platinums would be OK and your car would run alright, but Iridiums are tried and true. I've never used anything else and at 214k my car runs like a top. I've used RP and it's decent oil, but tests have shown is doesn't do as good a job preventing against wear than several other leading oils. Amsoil on the otherhand tests near the top or at the top in every category accept for price. Its the most expensive oil out there, but you pay for what you get.

I'd rather run eneos instead of RP at that price range.

That's being really generous. Those mods on a TL-P I'd guess would bring it up to ~200 WHP. On a TL-S, those same mods would generate 230-235WHP from what I've read.

yeah, i dynoed a 163whp on my old engine with just intake and axleback exhaust (not like that'll give any gains) but I figured the headers would give a bit more umph.

higher compression, more aggressive cam, 2stage intake manifold. that's why it's usually better to just swap for a type S engine rather than pieces. much cheaper.
