Engine torque dampers

I've been looking for some for some time now, and cant find any. I really want a pair badly. I know they dont specifically make them for my car, But also know that many accord parts seem to work on our cars as well. I found these:

Will they work?

but less movement, translating to better weight distribution, and better take off correct? Anyways im running OEM mounts, so it couldnt be that bad right?

not better weight distribution. all your doing with a damper is minimizing the engine movement. once u do that your going to have more vibration and a better launch.

This is true, but ive never seen any pictures of them mounted, and i was also under the impression that it takes some cutting of the metal, and i have nothing to do it with. But now i clearly know how to install. Thank you.
