ECU Coding for Type S swap

I called my local Acura here in miami and they told me that i would need to bring in my car so they can swap in the Type S ecu and code it and are telling me that it will cost anywhere from $150 to $200 ....is that even sound right cause to me it sounds like they are charging about $200 a hr for labor.

Why do you need to swap a Type-S ECU and code it?

i think he's type s swapped.

see if you can get in contact with richiev6. i think he charges like $15 a program, but you can send him your ECU and a spare key and he'll get you going.
